Art History Course for Children

• WHAT?

  Each week, for two hours, the little ones will have the opportunity to discover the exciting history of art by studying major works and artists who have marked the artistic heritage of humanity. This workshop is both theoretical and practical, including:

  an interactive presentation adapted to the children’s age, which will allow them to learn key facts, important information and unique curiosities about each period studied. Each month we will study a different period.

  ·he second part of the workshop is a practical and playful one: the little ones will do one or more works in our workshop, reproducing what they learned in the first part through painting, drawing, coloring, modeling in clay, collage ... the working technique will be adapted to the period studied and will allow the little ones to acquire the ones learned in the first part.

  Children from 8 years old. Each meeting is independent, children may participate even if they haven’t attended previous workshop.

French Theater Course for Children

• WHAT?

  The French theater course is a workshop where children have the opportunity to unleash their creativity and express themselves through words and beyond. The aim of the workshops is to allow children to discover theater as a form of artistic expression and to flourish in an activity that has many benefits for their overall development, starting with their imagination, self-confidence, openness to others, listening, concentration and memory.

  Each Saturday, until December 21st, from 15:00 to 16:30

• FOR WHOM:

  Children from 8 to 13 years old.

• OBJECTIVES

  The sessions are structured so that each module can address different elements that form the basis of the actor's play, and which contribute to the child's cognitive and emotional development:

  • exercises to develop the stage presence: learning to play in front of others, overcoming shyness and increasing self-confidence;
  • exercises of interpretations: to develop the imagination, to develop the memory, to control the emotions;
  • exercises and games for voice and breathing;
  • improvisation games and exercises
  • games and exercises of bodily expressiveness and pantomime for rhythm, coordination and self-awareness. Theater classes for children from 8 to 13 years

  Each end of the module is open to parents who want it and can attend a session where they will measure their child's progress.

  80 Lei per workshop or 320 Lei for 5 workshops.
